Michel Scott

Father, nature enthusiast, artist, and psychotherapist

Michel Scott studied film and dance at the University of Texas at Austin, where he cultivated a passion for movement and storytelling. His early career included performances as a dancer, work in construction, and documentary filmmaking, where he explored various facets of the human experience. After recognizing a profound connection between creativity, movement, and personal growth, Michel pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, broadening his understanding of emotional and psychological healing. His unique background allows him to approach healing with a creative, holistic perspective, combining both physical and mental dimensions.

Michel has a deep interest in altered states of consciousness and the intrinsic ability of the body and mind to heal themselves when given a safe container and the right tools. His journey led him to study breathwork techniques with practitioners such as JJ Ruescas, and through his personal and professional exploration, he began incorporating parts work therapy, specifically Internal Family Systems (IFS). Michel’s own transformative experiences with these modalities inspired him to integrate them into his practice, offering a dynamic and experiential approach to healing. His work now centers on creating spaces for others to access these profound methods of self-exploration and inner harmony.
